Shipping & delivery
Printing takes 1–3 working days for every order, and we dispatch from our Kent studio once your design locks in. Shipping speed is your choice at checkout.

How long it takes, at a glance
- Printing — 1–3 working days for every product, regardless of format.
- Dispatch — the moment printing finishes. Almost always 1–3 working days after your order locks in at 7am on the dispatch date.
- Delivery — depends on the shipping option you pick at checkout (see below).
UK delivery
Every UK order ships tracked. You’ll get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the studio.
- Standard (Tracked 48) — 2–3 working days after dispatch. Available on every product.
- Express (next-day) — 1–3 working days after dispatch. Available at checkout on every product.
A1 signage (welcome signs, table plans) goes via a dedicated courier because of its size and rigidity — you’ll still get day-of- delivery tracking. The Highlands, Islands and offshore postcodes may add a small surcharge at checkout.
International delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Typical transit times after dispatch:
- Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand — 8–16 working days
Customs duties and import VAT may apply on orders outside the UK and are the recipient’s responsibility. Rates are set by your country’s customs authority — worth checking before you order, as customs clearance can also add a few days to the transit time.
Large-format signage (A1 welcome signs and table plans) is UK-only — they’re too large to reliably ship internationally as a single rigid piece.
Samples
£5 personalised samples dispatch within 1–3 working days with free UK tracked delivery. International sample orders ship at the same rates as full orders.
Address accuracy
Double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a typo you’ve got two options:
- Before 7am on dispatch day — pause the order from your dashboard, fix the address from your account page, then reconfirm.
- After 7am on dispatch day — message studio@taverncreative.co.uk immediately and we’ll try to catch it before the parcel ships. Once a courier has it, the address is fixed and re-delivery fees (if any) may apply.
Damaged items
If your parcel arrives damaged, email studio@taverncreative.co.uk within 7 days with clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement and file the carrier claim ourselves.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracked parcel hasn’t arrived by the expected date, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. UK parcels are classed as officially lost after 10 working days from dispatch; international after 25. Once declared lost we’ll reprint and resend at no cost, or refund in full — your choice.
